Manage SHARE Account Users
A videographer wants to share files with her client.
To facilitate sharing files with clients, the videographer can add each client as a user. TrialDirector 360 SHARE's user management page allows the videographer to create, change or delete user information on her account so that she can easily share files with anyone she wants.
Note: The user management features for the SHARE feature set are only available on TrialDirector360.com
Instead of sending one of her high value clients several share links to folders and files, the videographer can create an account for her client to simplify the sharing process. This way, the videographer's client can check in on the files whenever she wants, and the videographer can continue with her work.
