Install TrialDirector 360
A videographer activated her account at TrialDirector360.com and is ready to download and install TrialDirector 360 SYNC to begin working on digital video transcripts locally on her computer.
Again, in order to install TrialDirector 360 SYNC on her desktop, the videographer must have an active account. Installations of TrialDirector 360 work on a per-user basis as opposed to a per-machine basis. Therefore, the videographer installs TrialDirector 360 where she will use it most often.
To install TrialDirector 360 SYNC, the videographer follows the steps below:
- Download and open the TrialDirector 360 installation package.
- Follow the steps in the installer.
- Open TrialDirector 360.
The videographer received a link via email directing her to download the TrialDirector 360 installation package. The videographer downloads the installer and opens it.
If the videographer's email link was no longer active, she could download the installation package from TrialDirector360.com.
Note: An active internet connection is required for the download and installation.

The TrialDirector 360 installer allows the videographer to sign in, select a file path to store TrialDirector 360, and view the feature sets activated on her account.

With TrialDirector 360 now installed, the videographer can open it, sign in, and begin working on her files.
Navigate the TrialDirector 360 Installer
The installer uses the following steps for a professional subscription:
- Welcome to TrialDirector 360.
- Select a file path for TrialDirector 360 and click Download.
- Click Next.
- Click Download & Setup.
- Wait for TrialDirector 360 to install.
- Click Finish.
On the Welcome step, the videographer uses the log information sent to her via email to sign in to her account.
The videographer browses to the file location on her computer where she would like to store the TrialDirector 360 files.
A list of the feature sets activated on the videographer's account appears below the file path.
Note: For a standard subscription installation, the videographer would click Download & Setup, and the installation would proceed as normal.
A prompt appears, asking if the videographer would like to install the Batch Sync Service. This service allows the videographer to process jobs in bulk at a scheduled time.
If the videographer stores her batched jobs on a secure network, she can use the custom service account to run the batch.

The installation process begins.
When the install completes, the congratulations window appears and shows the videographer the feature sets that were installed with TrialDirector 360.
