Sign In with a New Account

When the team's purchaser buys a TrialDirector 360 subscription, she invites the other team members via email to use the feature sets in the subscription. The invitation email contains a link to TrialDirector 360 along with first time user log information to sign in. A videographer received an email from the purchaser and now wants to sign in for the first time.

The videographer opens the email and follows the steps below:

1. Click the hyperlink in the email.

The sign in page appears.



2. Enter the log information and click Sign in.
3. Follow the steps provided to activate the account.

After signing in, the videographer is taken to a wizard that guides her through the process of activating an account.
