View Share Details for a Folder or File

A videographer wants to view the details of a share event she created for a file.

Whenever the videographer shares a folder or file with anyone, a record of that share event is created. The details for each share event can be viewed in the Share Details dialog.

To view the details for a share event on a file, the videographer opens TrialDirector 360 SHARE in her browser and follows the steps below:

  1. Select the shared folder or file from the table.

    2. The videographer selects the file she recently shared.

  2. Click the Share Details button.

    3. The videographer selects the Share Details button.

    The dialog containing the details for each share event for that item appears.
