My Files

The My Files page can be found in the left menu of TrialDirector360.com. It stores any account-specific tasks with corresponding files created in TrialDirector 360's feature sets. For example, after a videographer runs a Create a Digital Video Transcript (DVT) job in Sync, and she selected a "Publish DVT" file type, like Open DVT, the videographer will receive a notification when the files from the Save As task are ready to view on the My Files page.

The following tasks generate files that are then stored in My Files:

• Request DVT Output
• Job Export

With the task and its files ready in My Files, the videographer can perform several different actions on it:

Publish to SHARE

Remove a Task

Download a Task

View Details of a Task

Rerun a Task
