Add Items to a Workbook

A paralegal created a workbook and now he wants to add items to the workbook.

The paralegal can add the following item types to a standard or carousel workbook:

  • Transcripts
  • Multimedia
  • Clips
  • Playlists
  • Documents

To add an item to a workbook, the paralegal uses the following steps:

  1. Select an item in an explorer.
  2. The paralegal opens the Clips Explorer and selects a clip.

  3. Click and drag the item to the Workbooks Explorer.
  4. The paralegal left clicks on the selected clip and drags it to the workbook he wants to add the clip to in the Workbooks Explorer.

  5. Drop the item on the workbook.
  6. The paralegal releases the left click over the workbook where he wants to add the clip.

    The item is added and appears in the workbook.

Note: The items appear in the order they are placed in the workbook unless the sort option for the workbook is set to "A to Z".
