View the Activity Log

There are several team members working on a case. One of these team members, a paralegal, wants to see the recent actions done on the case.

The paralegal can view any action done within a case using the Activity Log from the Reports Explorer.

To view the Activity Log, the paralegal opens the Reports Explorer in an open case and follows the steps below:

  1. Select the Activity Log item in the explorer.
  2. The paralegal selects the Activity Log item within the Reports Explorer.

  3. Click the Run Report button in the explorer ribbon bar.
  4. With Activity Log selected, the paralegal clicks the Run Report button.

    The Activity Log appears.

    After the paralegal has finished reviewing the Activity Log, he can click the Close button. The Activity Log is closed, and the paralegal can continue working.
