Filter Multimedia

A paralegal wants to only view the audio files within his case.

The paralegal can filter the multimedia in his case using the Multimedia Explorer. He can filter the multimedia by type.

To filter the multimedia in the case, the paralegal opens the Multimedia Explorer in the case and follows the steps below:

  1. Click the Filter dropdown button.

    2. The paralegal clicks the Filter dropdown button.

    The filter options appear.

  2. Select a multimedia type.

    3. The paralegal clicks the Audio Only option in the dropdown menu.

    The explorer filters the multimedia types to only show the audio files.
