Sort Multimedia Alphanumerically
A paralegal wants to sort the multimedia files in his case alphanumerically in descending order.
The paralegal can sort the multimedia in his case using the Multimedia Explorer. He can sort the multimedia alphanumerically in ascending or descending order.
To sort the multimedia in the case, the paralegal opens the Multimedia Explorer in the case and follows the steps below:
- For a descending sort order, click the Descending button.
- For an ascending order, click the Ascending button.
The paralegal clicks the Descending button in the ribbon bar of the Multimedia Explorer.
The multimedia files are sorted in a descending order.
The paralegal clicks the Ascending button in the ribbon bar of the Multimedia Explorer.
