Play Multimedia from the Multimedia Explorer

A paralegal wants to play a multimedia file.

The paralegal can play multimedia in his case using the Multimedia Explorer.

Note: To play multimedia synchronized with a transcript, use the Transcripts Explorer.

To play a multimedia file, the paralegal opens the Multimedia Explorer in the case and follows the steps below:

1. Select the multimedia file to be played.

The paralegal selects the file he wants to play from the case.



2. Click the Play Multimedia button.

With the multimedia selected, the paralegal clicks the Play Multimedia button in the Multimedia Explorer.



The multimedia file the paralegal selected is loaded into the Multimedia Player. The player appears on the right of the window by default.

Tip: The paralegal can double click the multimedia file he wants to play to load it into the Multimedia Player. Alternatively, he can select the file, right click, and click the Play Multimedia button in the right-click context menu.

3. Click the Play button within the Multimedia Player.

With the multimedia file loaded in the Multimedia Player, the paralegal clicks the Play button in the Multimedia Player.
