Remove an Issue Type
A certain issue type is no longer applicable to the case. A paralegal now needs to delete the record of the issue type from the case.
The paralegal can remove an issue type completely from the case using the Issues tab.
To remove an issue type, the paralegal selects the Issues tab in an open case and follows the steps below:
- Select the issue type entry from the Issues table.
- With the issue type selected, click the Remove button.
- Click Yes in the confirmation dialog.
The paralegal selects the entry of the issue type he wants to remove from the Issues table.
When the paralegal clicks the Remove button, a confirmation dialog appears.
He clicks the Yes button to confirm the deletion.
The issue type is removed from the case.
