Edit a Team Member

A paralegal misspelled a team members last name when inviting the team member to the case. He now wants to edit the information of a team member to correct the misspelling.

The paralegal can edit any team member's information from the Team Members tab of an open case.

To edit a team member's information, the paralegal selects the Team Members tab from the open case and follows the steps below:

  1. Select a team member from the Team Members table.
  2. The paralegal selects the entry for the team member he wants to edit from the Team Members table.

  3. With the team member selected, click the Edit button.
  4. The paralegal clicks the Edit button.

    The Edit Team Member dialog appears

  5. Edit the information in the dialog.
  6. The paralegal selects the Last Name field and corrects the spelling.

  7. Click Save.
  8. The paralegal clicks the Save button in the dialog.

    The dialog closes and the information for the team member is updated in the table.
