Invite a Team Member

A paralegal, wants to invite one of his colleagues to work on a case.

The paralegal can invite team members to join his case from the Team Members tab in an open case.

To invite a team member, the paralegal opens the case and follows the steps below:

  1. Select the Team Members tab.
  2. The paralegal selects the Team Members tab at the top of the case.

    The Team Members table appears.

  3. Click the Invite Team Member button.
  4. The paralegal clicks the Invite Team Member button above the Team Members table.

    The Invite Team Member dialog appears.

  5. Enter the information for the team member in the dialog.
  6. The paralegal inputs the contact information for the team member he wants to invite.

    • First Name - The first name of the invitee
    • Last Name - The last name of the invitee
    • Email - The contact email of the invitee
    • Assigned Role - The role that defines the invitees access to the case
  7. Click Save & Close.
  8. Once the paralegal is done entering the information, he clicks the Save & Close button.

    The dialog closes, and an invitation email is sent to the invitee.
