Change Security Setup

The purchaser wants to change the TrialDirector 360 Security Setup on her subscription to the lowest setting.

TrialDirector 360's security can be configured in several different ways from the Security Setup tab in the Settings area on TrialDirector360.com. View explanations for each setting on the page itself.

To change the security setup, the purchaser navigates to the TrialDirector 360 website and follows the steps below:

1. Click Settings in the menu on the left.

The Settings page appears.



2. Open the Security Setup tab.

The security settings appear. The purchaser can choose the high, medium, or low setting, or customize the security options herself.



3. Choose one of the options.

The purchaser selects the Low option.

4. Click Save.

If the purchaser selects the Custom option, she can select the specific security parameters that she wants to apply to the subscription she purchased.

Password complexity is defined by the following:

• Minimum length
• At least one uppercase character
• At least one number character
• At least one special character (e.g. - + _ ! @ # $ % ^ & * , . ?)
