Forgot Password

A videographer forgot the password to access her account.

The videographer can reset her password from the sign in page on TrialDirector360.com.

To reset her password, the videographer follows the steps below:

1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link.



The sign in box changes. A field to enter an email address appears.



2. Enter the email address for the account.

The videographer enters the email associated with her TrialDirector 360 account.

3. Click the Reset Password button.

The videographer clicks Reset Password and an email is sent to the address she entered.



The email contains a link that opens a page where the videographer can enter in a new password.

4. Click the link in the email.

The new password page appears.

5. Enter and confirm a new password.

The videographer enters and confirms a new password. The password must adhere to the security settings on the videographer's account.

Once she completes the process she is free to sign in to her account with the new password she set.

Note: If the security settings on the videographer's subscription are set to include security questions, the videographer must answer a security question after she enters and confirms the new password.
