Upgrade a Subscription

When the team's purchaser subscribed to TrialDirector 360, she purchased the standard subscription. Now she would like to upgrade her TrialDirector 360 subscription to the professional option.

The purchaser signs into TrialDirector360.com and follows the steps below:

  1. Click Subscriptions from the account name dropdown.

    2. The Subscriptions page appears.

  2. Click Upgrade Subscription in the top right corner of the table.

    3. The purchaser is taken to the Upgrade Subscription page where she can select the upgrades she wants.
