Deactivate a Desktop Install

A videographer wants to deactivate one of her desktop installations so that she can install TrialDirector 360 SYNC on a different machine.

Note: To activate a desktop install, the videographer downloads TrialDirector 360 and installs it to her machine.

The videographer signs into TrialDirector 360 on the web and follows the steps below:

  1. Click Feature Set Information from the account name dropdown.
  2. The Feature Set Information page appears.

  3. Select an install from the Desktop Installs table.
  4. The videographer ensures the Desktop Installs tab is open and selects the entry she wants to deactivate in the table.

  5. Click Deactivate in the top left corner of the table.
  6. With the correct install selected, the videographer clicks Deactivate and a confirmation dialog appears.

    She clicks Yes.
