Change the Password

A videographer already signed in for the first time and would like to change her current password given to her in the invitation email to a more personal password.

The videographer signs into TrialDirector 360 on the web and follows the steps below:

  1. Click My Account from the account name dropdown.

    2. The Account Summary page opens and the videographer's profile information appears in the profile panel.

  2. Click Change Password in the upper right corner of the Profile panel.

    3. The change password fields appear.

  3. Type in the old password, then enter and confirm the new password.

    4. The videographer enters and confirms her new password.

  4. Click Save.
