Navigate the SHARE Table
TrialDirector 360 SHARE is a repository for files a videographer uploads to her account from a number of different sources. She can use the table view in SHARE to navigate to the folders and files she keeps there.
The following functions help her find what she needs:
- Double click to open folders and files.
- Sort or filter by column headers.
- Navigate with breadcrumbs.
For navigating through folders and files, TrialDirector 360 SHARE behaves as any other file system would. The videographer can double click a folder to open it and view its contents. She can double click on a file to view or download it.
Clicking on any column header orders the table alphanumerically according to each entry's information for that field.
As the videographer digs down into multiple folder levels, breadcrumbs appear along the top of the table. She can click on any of the folder names in the breadcrumbs to navigate back to a previous folder.
