Download an Item in SHARE

A videographer wants to download a file from her account in TrialDirector 360 SHARE.

To download an item, the videographer opens TrialDirector 360 SHARE in her browser and follows the steps below:

  1. Select the file from the table.

    2. The videographer selects the file she wants to download.

  2. Click the Download File button.

    3. The videographer clicks Download Item and the file immediately downloads to her computer.
