Reorder Files

A videographer is working with several deposition video files that correspond with the transcript, but some of the video files are not in chronological order. She wants to reorder the files

Multimedia files associated with a DVT must be in chronological order for the synchronization to be valid. The videographer can move multimedia files to the correct order using the File Manager in Job History.

The videographer uses the following steps to place the multimedia in the correct chronological order:

  1. Select a Job.

    2. The associated transcript and multimedia files appear in the Job Details view.

  2. Click the Manage button.

    3. The File Manager appears.

  3. Select a multimedia file to be repositioned.

    4. The videographer selects and highlights the video file that is out of order.

  4. Click the Move Up or Move Down button.

    5. The video file the videographer selected is supposed to be the last video in the list. She clicks the Move Down button and the file moves down one slot, making it the last of the video files.

  5. Click Save.
