Remove a File

A videographer accidentally added a video file to a DVT that belonged to another deposition.

The videographer can remove files from a job using the File Manager in Job History.

To remove the video file, the videographer uses the following steps:

  1. Select a Job.

    2. The associated transcript and multimedia files appear in the Job Details view.

  2. Click the Manage button.

    3. The File Manager appears.

  3. Select the file.

  4. Click Remove.

    5. A confirmation appears. The videographer clicks Yes.

    The file the videographer selected is removed.

  5. Click Save.
