Edit Linked Exhibits

A videographer wants to remove a linked exhibit from a specific page and line reference.

The videographer can accomplish what she wants by editing the exhibit.

The videographer navigates to the Linked Exhibits tab in the Tools panel and follows the steps below to edit the Linked Exhibit:

1. Select a linked exhibit and click Edit.



The Edit Linked Exhibit dialog appears.



Note: The Edit button is also found in the right-click context menu of the Linked Exhibits tab in the Tools panel.

2. Make any changes.

From here, the videographer can select a new path for the exhibit file, enter new aliases or alias groups, or select and deselect different page and line references. The videographer finds and deselects the page and line reference where she does not want the exhibit linked.

3. Click Save & Close.

The linked exhibit is updated.
