Validate Job Files

A videographer is viewing a job's details in the Job History tab and wants to ensure the files associated with the job have the correct file paths.

To validate associated job files, the videographer uses the steps below:

  1. Select a Job from Job Summary.

    2. The videographer selects a job from the Job Summary panel in the Job History tab.

    The job's details appear in the right panel.

  2. Click Validate in the Job Details panel.

    3. Next to the Associated Files area in the Job Details panel, the videographer clicks the Validate button.

    SYNC checks the file paths for each file and ensures the indicated file names can be found. A confirmation message appears at the top of the Job Details panel.
