Mark Timecode as Unspoken

As a videographer reviews the Quality Check results in the Quality Control tab, she finds that several "Missing" timecodes are not part of the deposition dialogue.

To mark timecodes as Unspoken, the videographer follows the steps below:

  1. Select a timecode.

    2. The videographer selects the timcode by:

    • Using the Up and Down arrow keys to navigate to the timecode
    • Double clicking the timecode
    • Right clicking on the timecode and clicking Set as Active (This option is not available on TrialDirector360.com)

  2. Mark the timecode as Unspoken with the X key.

    3. The videographer marks the timecode as unspoken by:

    • Pressing the X key on her keyboard
    • Right clicking the line and selecting Mark as Unspoken. On TrialDirector360.com, this option is found in the bar directly above the transcript.

    SYNC marks the timecode as unspoken.
