Download a Transcript

A videographer created a DVT and sent it to inData for sync and QC. Now she wants to download that transcript from her job history.

The videographer navigates to the Job History tab in SYNC and follows the steps below:

  1. Select the sent job.

    2. The Job History tab lists the synchronization jobs added to Sync. The videographer selects the job she sent to inData.

  2. Click Download Transcript.

    3. The videographer then clicks Download Transcript. A dialog appears.

  3. Select the job.

    4. A list of available jobs appears in the pickup list. The videographer can select several jobs at one.

  4. Click Download.

    5. With her file path selected, the videographer clicks Download. The transcript appears in the location she chose.
