Understand Quality Control Color Codes

After synchronizing a DVT, a videographer navigates to the Quality Control tab and notices the results from the control check are highlighted in different colors.

The videographer finds explanations for the different highlight colors in the Quality Control - Color Codes panel in the bottom right of the Quality Control tab.

Missing

Quality Control results coded in red are lines within the transcript that do not have an assigned timecode. These items are potentially caused during the sync process.

Questionable

Questionable results appear when a given timecode scores below the sync engine's accuracy threshold. These results may need verification in order to have 100% accuracy.

Out of Sequence

Out of Sequence results appear when one line's timecode occurs in the transcript before the preceding line's timecode. These results may need verification to ensure the transcript synchronization is in order.

Corrected

Transcript lines coded in green are items that the user has corrected or marked as accepted.
