Remove Multimedia

A videographer accidentally added a video file to a DVT that belonged to another deposition.

To remove the video file, the videographer uses the following steps:

  1. Open a DVT.

    2. The transcript and video appear in the view.

  2. Select the Multimedia tab in the Tools panel.

    3. The multimedia associated with the transcript appears in a list.

  3. Select the file and click Remove.

    4. The file the videographer selected is removed.

    Note: The Remove button is also found in the right-click context menu of the Multimedia tab in the Tools panel.
