Sync a Transcript from View

Earlier, a videographer created a DVT and selected the "Skip for Now" option in the wizard. Now, she is ready to proceed with the synchronization process.

The videographer can synchronize a transcript and corresponding multimedia in the Transcript tab in TrialDirector 360 SYNC.

To begin, the videographer ensures the transcript with the corresponding media files is open in the DVT view:

  1. Click Sync DVT.

    2. The videographer finds the Sync DVT button in the Transcripts tab.

    Since the transcript and video files are already defined, the Create a DVT wizard opens to the DVT summary step.

  2. Make any changes to the current settings for the DVT.

    3. If the videographer wanted to make any changes to the DVT information, Format Options, or Sync Options, she could click the Edit icon. The wizard would direct her to the correct step in the wizard to make the change.

  3. Click Sync.

    4. Back on the DVT Summary step, the videographer clicks the Sync button.

    The wizard processes and synchronizes the transcript and video files.
