Execute a Batch Now

Because some deadlines changed for a videographer’s DVTs that were scheduled to be synchronized in a batch, she wants to execute a batch now.

To immediately execute a batch, the videographer navigates to the Batch Manager and follows these steps:

1. Select the batch from the Current Batches panel.

The Batch Manager contains a list of all the videographer's batches. She selects the one she wants.



2. Click Execute Now.



The videographer finds this button in the following locations:

• The ribbon bar near the top of the screen.
• The right-click context menu in the Current Batches panel.

The Execute Batch wizard appears.



3. Follow the instructions in the wizard.

Some DVTs may fail to process. If this is the case, the videographer selects the files that failed and clicks Retry.

4. Click Execute Batch.

The videographer’s batch is processed immediately.
