Create a Batch
The videographer finds that she has an overflowing docket of deposition transcript and video files to synchronize. She decides to synchronize these jobs in bulk using a batch.
Batches allow the videographer to synchronize depositions at a scheduled time in bulk. For example, she can use a batch to synchronize jobs overnight and have them ready to go for Quality Control in the morning.
To create a Batch, the videographer follows these steps:
- Click the Batch Manager button on the SYNC Start Page.
- Click Create Batch.
- The ribbon bar near the top of the screen.
- The right-click context menu in the Current Batches panel.
- Fill in the batch information.
- Scheduled Date – One future date when the batch will activate.
- Recurring Batch – One of several days when the batch will activate every week.
- RapidSync - $7.50/Video Hour
