Update TrialDirector 360

Whenever TrialDirector 360 is opened, the application looks for the latest update. A notification appears if any updates are available.

In the Settings dialog, a videographer can define automatic update options. Options include:

• Automatically Download and Apply - The updates will be downloaded and applied without any required action
• Automatically Download (Prompt to Apply) - The updates will be downloaded, but will prompt when they are ready to be applied
• Manually Check for Updates - Updates must be manually downloaded and applied.

To Apply the update, the update application closes TrialDirector 360 and processes the update. TrialDirector 360 restarts once the update has been applied.

Team Members can view the update history within TrialDirector 360 by clicking on the flag next to the username.

Note: When a new feature set is purchased on the account, the feature set will be downloaded and applied regardless of the settings above. After the download of the new feature set is complete, a prompt to restart TrialDirector 360 appears. After restarting and signing in again, the new feature set appears in the left navigation.
