Use Alias Tokens and Wildcards

There are a number of tokens and wildcards that can be used in conjunction with aliases and linked exhibits. When these values are entered as aliases for a linked exhibit, SYNC will search the transcript for matching text that fit the criteria of each token.

Use the following:

• [[FULL]] - The full name of the deponent
  
• [[LAST]] - The last name of the deponent
  
• <text> ? - Any number following text (e.g. "Exhibit ?" searches the transcript for text matching the word "exhibit" followed by any number)
  

Tip: Input tokens into an Alias Group to easily link exhibit files to a transcript. See the examples below:
